TIA Studios is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Lead (BD) to deepen and expand our footprint across Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, you will be the media solution architect for our clients, transforming leads and existing relationships into high-impact solutions and multi-year media partnerships through consultative solution building.This role is quota-carrying through a blend of high-value account expansion (upsell/cross-sell) and the successful conversion of qualified inbound opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic solution design: Lead the end-to-end tailoring of customized media solutions by mapping TIA Studio and SPH media opportunities to specific client objectives, transforming complex requirements into high-value, bespoke creative proposals that address business challenges, brand awareness, and innovation.
  • Account growth & lead conversion: Own the conversion of qualified leads passed from SDRs, conducting deep-dive whitespace analyses within client portfolios to identify expansion opportunities and introduce new products that maximize account value.
  • Consultative selling: Act as a trusted advisor by translating creative output into tangible business outcomes, bridging the gap between creative execution and commercial ROI, and demonstrating clear strategic value to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Product evolution: Provide market-led feedback to internal teams to help refine TIA Studios’ offerings, ensuring inventory and services evolve and are relevant alongside emerging client needs and regional trends.
  • Regional network cultivation: Leverage an established professional network to secure high-impact partnerships, meeting regional revenue milestones through relationship-based selling and consistent engagement.
  • Industry advocacy: Represent TIA Studios as a thought leader at industry events and corporate forums, driving brand visibility, and cultivating new business opportunities through a strong professional presence.

Key Requirements

  • Strong native English speaker, with a Southeast Asian language as added advantage
  • 4-6 years of media and/or tech sales experience, including proposal development for customized media solutions, with exposure to event and media content sponsorships
  • Strong negotiation skills with extensive experience in RFPs, formal tenders, and multi-year contract negotiations.
  • Proven track record of sales success, preferably in the media industry in Southeast Asia and APAC
