This is a regional role covering Singapore and Indonesia

What you will do:

• Prepare the month end closing including the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports
• Prepare weekly cash inflow projections based AR analysis 
• Manage full cycle of AR - pre-invoicing requirements, invoicing as per completion of project stage, ensuring client pays in a timely manner.  
• Prepare commission calculations for Singapore & Indonesia sales team. 
• Prepare year-end management accounts and statutory accounts
• Respond to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data
• Prepare schedules for audits, respond to sample and query requests.  
• Tax Preparation & Reporting for Indonesia
• Identify inefficiencies of processes and propose and implement solutions to streamline workflows for increased productivity. 
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
• Staying abreast of changes in accounting regulations and various tools.

Who you are:

• Degree in accounting or ACCA qualification
• Familiarity with Xero or other accounting tools
• 5 to 7 years experience in accounting, financial analysis & finance operation in either a well established SME or audit experience in reputable audit firms
• Responsible for full scope of accounting - will need to cover when your colleagues are on leave. 
• Undertook detailed financial analysis in different aspects of accounting and cashflow. 
• Ability to manage workload independently, meet deadlines and multi-task.
• Accurate in deliverables requiring minimum review by line manager. 
• Excellent communication skills in both written and speaking in English and Indonesian - as you will be communicating with clients and senior management. 
• Initiative and excellence driven professional.
• Provide support for miscellaneous tasks as needed.
