Pay range: IDR 7,000,000 - 9,500,000
To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. Responsible for generating/qualifying leads through phone calls, social media, and emails.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead qualification/generation
- Research and maintain lead generation database i.e. keep track of contact that you’re reaching out to, make sure we’re not overwhelming leads
- Make outgoing calls to develop new business
- Contact prospects to qualify leads
- Direct email marketing to potential clients and prospects via mass email or automated drip campaigns
- Conduct customer/competitor research
- Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads, demand
- Sales qualification
- Provide sales with a clear brief when handing over qualified leads
- Participate in the preparation of proposals and/or sales presentations if needed
- Housekeeping
- Provide accurate and timely information to management
- Maintain data excellence by accurately tracking activities in our CRM
- Product knowledge
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process. You will get to shadow the Sales team for a couple of weeks to do so.
- Creative and consultative lead generation
- Brainstorm and execute creative experiments to reach and generate leads for Studios
- Provide insights based on conversations with leads to help influence content and software experiments via a virtuous loop that looks like this:
- Experience and comfort in a fast moving sales environment
- Confidence to take ownership of your pipeline and meet demanding targets
- Strong fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesian
- Experience in researching companies, identifying stakeholders and intuitively understanding their pain points
- 2+ years sales experience is a plus
- CRM experience is a plus
- High energy, self-starter
- Creative and strong problem-solving skills, adaptability is critical
- Strong organizational skills
