The Role 

TIA Studios is seeking a results-driven Junior Business Development Executive to accelerate our growth across Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, this role focuses on new business acquisition and territorial expansion, requiring a proactive sales professional to identify, hunt, engage, and convert high-potential leads into sustainable revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Market penetration: Develop and execute strategic entry plans for new territories within SEA, establishing TIA Studios’ presence through disciplined market analysis and direct outreach.
  • Outbound and Cold-call: Lead the full sales lifecycle with a focus on New client acquisition, utilizing cold calling, leads research, professional networking, and social selling to build a pipeline from the ground up.
  • Strategic prospecting: Own the top-of-funnel process by identifying and qualifying high-value prospects, ensuring a consistent flow of new business opportunities.
  • Client presentation & engagement: Confidently represent TIA Studios by independently delivering high-impact pitches to new clients, effectively articulating our value proposition to secure buy-in from key decision-makers.
  • Consultative sales: Act as a strategic advisor to regional clients, tailoring media solutions to solve specific business challenges 
  • Internal collaboration: Identify new market opportunities and translate client requirements into winning proposals through seamless collaboration with internal specialists
  • Regional partnership growth: Leverage your professional network to secure high-impact partnerships and meet revenue milestones 

Key Requirements

  • Up to 3 years of media sales experience, fresh grads will be considered 
  • Hunter-mentality with a desire to exceed quotas and targets 
  • Self-starter, independent and willingness to learn
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture client relationships.
  • Experience in using CRM
  • Cultural fit for the TIA Studios team, embodying our values and ethos.
  • Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia, as required
